Join Us for Meditation Monday & Release Wednesday all throughout May

As announced in our previous post, we want to support all our students taking AP exams or Finals this May! That’s why we teamed up with Motivation and Movement with Elena (MAMwithElena) to bring some mindful moments to you.

Choose to enjoy our short segments of peacefulness and release whenever you find a few minutes of time in your day. Perhaps you want to start out your busy week with a meditation on Monday morning or want to relax with the help of a yoga pose after an intense AP exam on Wednesdays. It’s your choice. 

You will find a new mini Mediation and Yoga session (about two minutes long) on our Global College Advisers Instagram and Facebook page. So make sure you like us there and tune in for Meditation Monday starting on May 3rd and Release Wednesday starting on May 5th!

A little background on Motivation and Movement with Elena, who will be inspiring you Mondays and Wednesdays during May

Elena provides yoga coaching services to combine healing, motivation, and safe movement through yoga.  She has been in yoga and transformed lives as a certified personal coach for over a dozen years.  Additionally, she is an experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500HR RYT); meditation, mindfulness, and breath work guide; and, a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner.  Elena brings some of the elements of her personal coaching, such as motivation and inspiration into her yoga classes to support her students as they transform their mind and body on and off the mat.

Meditation Mondays – These are designed for the practitioner to find stillness for about two minutes a day in order to reset and relax the mind and body.  Find a quiet and comfortable space in which to sit and enjoy!

Release Wednesdays – These are designed for the practitioner to enter into a comfortable stretch/yoga pose in order to help release possible tension and reduce stress by opening the body.  Find a quiet space in which to practice and wear comfortable clothes!
